Seller Agreement
Effective: 10 August 2026. This agreement governs sellers who list, sell and fulfil products on Postmart.
Onboarding and verification
Sellers must complete identity, business, tax, bank, pickup and agreement checks before activation. Postmart may request more information, restrict catalogues or suspend sellers for risk, quality or compliance reasons.
Catalogue obligations
Sellers must provide accurate product information, owned or licensed media, HSN/GST data, country of origin, MRP, quantity, dimensions, return policy and statutory declarations. Infringing, unsafe, counterfeit or prohibited products are not allowed.
Fulfilment
Sellers must accept, pack and hand over orders within SLA. Seller suborders are tracked independently. Failure, cancellation, RTO, damage or false catalogue data may create seller recovery or claim workflows.
Fees, offers and settlements
Postmart may apply marketplace fees, logistics charges, taxes, seller-funded offers, claim recoveries and refund recoveries. Settlement is based on delivered and reconciled order lines, not mutable catalogue data.
Audit and enforcement
All critical seller and operations actions are audited. Postmart may hold payouts, pause listings, require evidence, remove access or terminate seller participation when needed to protect customers and the marketplace.
