Effective: 10 August 2026. Postmart collects only the data needed to operate buyer accounts, seller accounts, orders, payments, logistics, trust and support.
Data we process
This includes account identifiers, phone or email verification data, addresses, cart and order records, payment references, delivery events, seller KYB records, support messages, reviews, device and usage events, consent choices and risk signals.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, price and fulfil orders, prevent fraud, process returns and refunds, settle sellers, personalize discovery, send transactional notifications, improve safety and meet legal duties.
Sharing
Data may be shared with sellers, payment processors, logistics partners, verification providers, support providers, professional advisers and authorities when necessary for marketplace operations or legal compliance.
Choices and deletion
Users can update preferences, opt out of promotional communication where applicable, and request account deletion. Postmart may retain limited records for tax, fraud, dispute, accounting and legal obligations.
Security
Sensitive identifiers are hashed or masked in application responses. Production secrets, webhook signatures, session cookies, role checks and audit logs protect marketplace workflows.
